Scott McCorvie leverages 22+ years experience in senior living valuation, acquisition, negotiation, operations, investment underwriting, disposition, development, financing, operational improvement, due diligence, asset management, and other areas to enhance our senior living industry.
Over his career, Scott has worked at a national senior living valuation firm, led the acquisition and underwriting teams at two healthcare REITs (closing over $1 billion in transactions), launched two senior living owner / operator companies, and created a new national senior living division within a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Scott leverages his experience and industry contacts to deliver results. In 2019, Scott created and hosts one of the industry-leading podcasts, Enhance Senior Living Podcast.
