Our experience includes completing senior living appraisal and market study assignments across the country. Wanting to get on the investment side, we led the national acquisition and underwriting team at two healthcare REITs — closing over $1 billion of senior living assets nationally. We then launched two regional senior living owner / operator companies focused on acquiring undervalued opportunities and transitioning in our local operations team.

Scott McCorvie
Scott McCorvie leverages 21+ years experience in senior living investment, valuation, operations, underwriting, acquisition, development, disposition, operator selection, capital placement, management transition, due diligence, asset management, and operational, financial, and value improvement.
Over his career, Scott has worked at a national senior living valuation firm, led the acquisition and underwriting teams at two healthcare REITs (closing over $1 billion), launched two regional owner / operator companies, and created a new senior living division within a national commercial real estate brokerage firm.
In 2019, Scott created and still produces one of the industry-leading podcasts, The Inner Circle of Senior Living.

Touring markets in almost every major MSA and reviewing the financial and operating data from the most prominent regional and national operators. We leverage this experience to provide you the best operational valuation possible.
